Cement and Concrete World Magazine Becomes Media Sponsor of the 10th İstanbul Carbon Summit

TÜRKÇİMENTO has become a media sponsor of the 10th Istanbul Carbon Summit with its corporate publication Cement and Concrete World Magazine.

Organized under the main support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye and Istanbul Technical University (ITU), by the Sustainable Production and Consumption Association (SÜT-D), the event was held on April 14–15, 2025, at ITU, under the theme “Sustainable Solutions on the Road to Decarbonization and the Power of Green Finance.”

Prof. Dr. Filiz Karaosmanoğlu, ITU faculty member and President of SÜT-D, stated during the event:

“In line with our goal to increase capacity for effective carbon management, we organized our summit as a ‘Carbon-Neutral Carbon Summit’ under the requirements of our country’s first and only ‘ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management System’ certificate, with the support of ST Climate.”

Representatives from TÜRKÇİMENTO also attended the summit, supporting the event as media sponsor through Cement and Concrete World Magazine.
